Cam Followers
Cam Followers are manufactured with a full complement of needle roller bearings and are engineered to offer proven toughness under heavy radial loads. Choose from stud type or yoke type in plain or crowned roller body profiles. PCI Cam Followers feature ∞ Infinity Roller ™ Technology, a case hardened roller body with a thick outer section to provide endurance under shock loads.
XR Rollers
PCI “XR” Rollers are an innovative approach to Cam Follower replacements by offering the balanced load and rubber seals of a Track Roller in the sizing of a Traditional Needle Bearing Cam follower. PCI “XR” Rollers feature ∞ Infinity Roller ™ Technology to give you unparalleled Thrust Load capacity and sealing in sizing that allows for easy replacement of failing Cam Follower products.
DCB Rollers
DCB Rollers are manufactured with two rows of cylindrical roller bearings and engineered to provide dynamic performance in tough environments. Choose from stud type or yoke type in plain and crowned body profiles. PCI DCB Rollers feature ∞ Infinity Roller ™ Technology with guided custom profiled rolling elements, enhanced grease capacity and rugged rubber seals equaling an optimized design for maximum life.
Track Rollers
PCI Track Rollers are manufactured with premium radial ball bearings or tapered roller bearings and are engineered to last in the most demanding of environments. Choose from stud or yoke type in a variety of body profiles. PCI Track Rollers are black oxide coated and feature ∞ Infinity Roller ™ Technology with the most rugged rubber seals and a dust cover to maximize performance in dirty applications.
Track Rollers are also offered in an economical Cost Savings Option (CSO).
Extreme Duty Solutions
PCI Extreme Duty Solutions Track Rollers & XR Rollers feature ∞ Infinity Roller ™ Technology and are offered in Stainless Steel, Non-Metallic and High Temperature configurations. Multiple body and mounting configurations are offered and also available with re-greasing provisions.
